The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and three other co-accused persons having been arrested by the Police after being apprehended and upon interrogation they were unable to produce the paper of the motorcycle in question. The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to paragraph no. 6 of the petition, submits that the said motorcycles seized by the Police are not stolen one. No. 72919 of 2018 and Criminal Misc. No. 75088 of 2018. The petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is stated to be languishing in custody since 20.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018.
