The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 1750 of 2008, which stood dismissed so far respondent no. 4 is concerned due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 26.03.2009.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands allowed.

Let CWJC No. 1750 of 2008 be restored against respondent no. 4.
