2. Appeal has been filed against the order dated 09.07.2015, passed in CWJC No.15669 of 2006. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ application on the ground that on an identical issue, another writ application was filed, which was

Patna High Court LPA No.2025 of 2015 dt.30-01-2017 2 / 2 dismissed. The appeal against the said order, which was LPA No.565 of 2013 had also been dismissed.

3. The learned Single Judge, therefore, has rightly held that the reason and rationale emerging from the two decisions will also govern the case of the petitioners, who is appellant before this Court.
