Petitioners seek bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2016 registered under Sections- 363, 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case in order to save skin from the case lodged by the wife of petitioner no. 3. In the case, after realizing the true facts informant has filed a compromise petition before the Court below. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that witnesses have supported

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9006 of 2017 (4) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 the prosecution case. Victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case. The victim girl has been found to be minor.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
