The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be Nanad of the deceased, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. The deceased was burn to death by the petitioner and in-laws and thereafter, they fled away,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8704 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 which is evident from 7, 8, 18, 20 and 21 of the case diary. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
