JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order contained in Memo No. 140 dated 04.10.2007 (Annexure-3) by which PDS licence of the petitioner said to have been cancelled and monthly allotment has been stopped.

3. A perusal of the impugned order dated 04.10.2007 shows that the same is merely in the nature of show cause notice and not the order of cancellation. The petitioner appears to have filed a show cause on 10.10.2007 but thereafter nothing has been brought on record to show that the licence of the petitioner has in fact been cancelled, much less a copy of the cancellation order being enclosed with the writ petition. Moreover, the petitioner has approached this Court after
