Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016 registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of coaccused. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9788 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
