Petitioner is accused in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc.
