This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 364, 325, 506 and 134 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. From the house of the husband of this petitioner a four seater Maheindra vehicle was recovered. It was suspected to be a stolen property. Husband of the petitioner is also an accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that for political rivalry, false case has been lodged. Petitioner had won the election of Panchayat Samiti against the wife of the informant of this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15107 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 connection with Khusarupur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
