2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties who are agnates. It is submitted that both sides have sustained injuries. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the petition. Learned APP on the basis of injury report in the case diary submits that as many as five persons have sustained injuries at the hands of the accused persons including the petitioners and there is specific accusation against the petitioners of having assaulted various members of the informant's side. It is submitted that the informant as well as her father-in-law Phuleshwar Sah have sustained grievous injuries.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petition stands dismissed.
