1. Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant alleges that petitioner secured appointment as teacher based on forged BT certificate and mark sheet.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant FIR came to be instituted based on an inquiry conducted behind the back of the petitioner. It is further submitted that had the petitioner been given an opportunity to explain his side of the case perhaps the instant FIR could not have been instituted. It is next submitted that petitioner will not

It is also submitted that petitioner on account of ill health of his father resigned from the job on 28.06.2021 and the instant FIR came to be instituted on 19.07.2024 based on verification report provided by the concerned institution.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
