The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 677 of 2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner has earlier moved in Criminal Misc. No. 50181 of 2014 and by order passed on 15.12.2014 he was required to surrender before the court below to pray for regular bail. The petitioner instead of ensuring compliance of direction of this Court or questioning the same before the superior court has renewed the prayer. No cause for review is made.
