2. This application has been preferred for non compliance of the order dated 26.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1507 of 2017.

3. Pursuant to the last order passed by this Court, the show-cause on behalf of the Collector, Saharsa (Opposite Party No.2) is on record, according to which, a reasoned order has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner vide Memo No. 1146A-2 dated 30.09.2024 (Annexure-A to the petition).

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and that the
