JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 19-12-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31716 of 2018 by which petitioner along with other accused has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.140 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not surrender in time because he was working in Arunachal Pradesh. He could not get leave from the employer.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75872 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 18.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31716 of 2018. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
