2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the informant after collecting the money of loan amount was returning Hasimalai, in the way, the accused persons including the petitioner looted the money amounting to Rs.56,830/- and also looted the other belongings of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the case has been lodged against unknown persons. The petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession. Except his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64266 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 confessional statement there is nothing against him. The petitioner is under custody since 22.04.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
