JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2025 Earlier, vide order dated 14.11.2025, this anticipatory bail petition stood dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner no. 1 (Devanand Ram @ Devanand Suman).

2. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner (Prabhakar Ram) and learned A.P.P for the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

4. It is alleged that this petitioner and other coaccused persons brutally assaulted informant and others, as a result of which, the informant died after ten days of the alleged occurrence. In the post-mortem report, multiple injuries have been found on the person of deceased.
