The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, registered under Sections 395, 397 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of Guddu Chauhan, Awadhesh Chauhan and Bijay Rai showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case except that nothing has been collected against the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.79688 of 2018(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
