The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 432/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. There are no criminal antecedents.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai
