(ii) For issuance of necessary writ or order or direction upon the respondent Indian Oil Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation for short) and its authorities for cancellation of the entire process of selection of the respondent number 9 on grounds of undisputed fact of non-availability of approach road to the land offered by the said respondent for the purpose of required for LPG dealership in question;
(iii) For issuance of necessary writ or order or direction upon the respondent Corporation and its authorities to conduct fresh draw of lot among the successful applicants including the petitioner for the purpose of award of dealership of LPG for the location namely village Gamharia. Panchayat Chauhatta, Block - Mainatand, District -West Champaran:
(iv) For holding and a declaration that the manner in which the complaint submitted by the petitioner has been disposed of by the respondent Corporation reflects complete irresponsible, unreasonable and preconceived mindset of the authorities of the Corporation and as such unsustainable in the eye of law;
(v) For any other relief/(s) to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
