It has been submitted by the petitioner that he is a licence holder of P.D.S. shop. Time to time, her licence was renewed, but in the year 2003 the agreement was terminated till further order. It has further been submitted that her licence was renewed in the year 2011 and thereafter the authority has refused to renew the same. The petitioner has filed a representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Darbhanga, bringing all the facts to his notice, but no action has been taken.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6294 of 2015 dt.23-06-2017 Let the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Darbhanga, consider the representation of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within three months from today. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of. It is clarified that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
