JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 The Opposite Party Bank has filed a show cause wherein it has been submitted that all the payments have been made to the petitioner in accordance with the direction of this Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court issued from time to time, hence there is no violation of the order dated 10.7.2013 passed in CWJC No.14928 of 2008. It is further submitted that all the dues have been paid to the petitioner except the arrears of salary, which shall be paid in accordance with the judgment dated 8.8.2016 passed by the learned Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 980 of 2016. In view of the aforesaid, there is no need to proceed further in the present case.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
