JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, directing the respondents to not to disturb the peaceful possession and title of the petitioner over the land in question and remove the encroachment from the same, the details of which are to be given in next paragraph no. 3 as it is the authorities who without following any norms has forcibly encroached more than 04 decimals of Raiyati (purchased) land of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3845 of 2014(5) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 petitioner in the name of MANREGA YOJNA No.
10/2008-09 and Yojna No. 03/2009-10 in the name of link road from Gram Kachahari Semari to Jamsona Panchayat, when admittedly north side of the petitioner's land, there is the land of Bihar Sarkar." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-authorities be directed to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner so that he can take appropriate steps, accordingly.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for measurement and demarcation of the land in question. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
