The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 24843C of 2014 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to ulterior motive the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-2, it is apparent that No Dues Certificate has already been issued in favour of the petitioner by the opposite party no. 2. Further submission is that in spite of receiving notice, opposite party no. 2
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8441 of 2017 (3) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 has not appeared.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 24843C of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
