Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is allegation against different person including the petitioner of firing as well as of commission of firearm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2018. In the past prayer for bail was refused on 05.12.2018 with direction to the learned Trial Judge to conclude the trial preferably within seven months.

Trial has not concluded.

Considering the period already undergone and undertaking of the petitioner that he would fully cooperate with

No.62119 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Case No.21 of 2019 arising out of Chautham Police Station Case No.112 of 2015 corresponding to G.R.No.2315 of 2015, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
