2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patliputra University informs that unfortunately the petitioner has died during the pendency of this contempt petition, however, it has been informed that remaining admissible amount would be paid to the legal representative of the petitioner. He, however, informs that in case of any liability on the part of the Magadh University, the Vice Chancellor, Patliputra University has undertaken to inform the Magadh University so that the legal representative of the petitioner who is no more, should not be harassed unnecessarily.

3. In view of the above information, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition.

4. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
