The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Meerganj P.S. case no. 73 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is allegation of committing illegal act with the daughter of the informant against accused Pramod Sah and petitioners are merely family members of accused Pramod Sah. It is further submitted that para 3 of the petition shows that petitioners have clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11727 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Meerganj P.S. case no. 73 of 2016, they will be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
