====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims to be the second wife of the deceased employee, namely, Achhelal Thakur and is before this Court with a prayer for grant of family pension, the issue, having already been decided by this Court in an identical case in the case of Kalawati Devi vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2014(3)PLJR 587, has to be essentially rejected because this Court in the case of Kalawati Devi (supra) has gone to hold that the second wife cannot claim any family pension.

That being so, this writ application is dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
