The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is the own brother of the informant. He is said to have assaulted the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2025 having clean antecedent. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60462 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan / concerned Court below, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2025.
