2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals committed theft in the house of a CISF personnel.

4. The petitioner's image has been captured in the CCTV footage. The petitioner has given a self inculpatory statement that after doing recce in the houses, the petitioner and his other gang members committed theft. The petitioner is having similar antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
