2. The petitioner seeks bail in Dighwara P.S. case No. 216 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 80, 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Prosecution allegation, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner have tortured and thereafter killed the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific allegation of demand of dowry has been made against

She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Dighwara P.S. case No. 216 of 2025.
