Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept on record.

The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanganj P.S. Case No.445 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the room of this petitioner. Mother of this petitioner was present in the house and she told the police that this petitioner has gone in bad company and recovered fire arm belongs to him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7358 of 2017 (4) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 From para 3 of the petition, it is clear that petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
