2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the daughter of the informant had died due to hanging herself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that marriage of the informant's daughter (deceased) and the petitioner was solemnized on 20.04.2025 after which she started living with the petitioner at her matrimonial home with her in-laws. He next submits that deceased was never subjected to any cruelty or harassment on account of demand of dowry by the petitioner and his family members. He next submits that petitioner has himself informed

He next submits that the deceased daughter of the informant has committed suicide by herself and no overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and his family members. He next submits that from perusal of the post-mortem report it appears that, case of death of the informant's daughter (deceased) was due to Asphyxia by smothering. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the First Information Report, case diary along with post-mortem report of the deceased and impugned order dated 30.07.2025, it appears that cause of death of the informant's deceased daughter was due to Asphyxia by smothering and also the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner for demanding dowry and petitioner has got clean antecedent. So, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
