JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one live cartridge along with one mobile and SIMS of different companies were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that prior to the institution of the present case the petitioner was not involved in any other case but subsequently the petitioner has been roped in one other case. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
