The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 324, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of knife, due to which the informant sustained injuries in arm, knee, hand and head. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The injury is on non-vital part of the body. For a petty reason the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. No offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57360 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of four months in custody from 17.06.2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months in custody from 17.06.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. case No.84 of 2019.
