The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is separate from the deceased in mess and property and she is in custody since 31.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2021.
