The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of robbery of Rs. 87, 840/- from the informant and other materials like Aadhar Card, mark-sheet related to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused namely Rahul Kumar @ Kranti Yadav, the name of the petitioner came into light. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of this petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Parade.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.
