This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.06.2016/27.06.2016 passed in Mahila P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nawada by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A, 379, 323, 341, 504 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order
