Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 46058 of 2021 as well as the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46058 of 2021 by which the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer for modification to the extent that in the prayer portion of main petition, Town P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2283 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 has inadvertently been typed in place of Angarghat P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 and accordingly, in the order dated 13.12.2021 same mistake has been occurred. Therefore, the modification application may be allowed and simultaneously, the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46058 of 2021 may be modified to the aforesaid extent.

In view of the submission, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46058 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Let Town P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 mentioned in the order dated 13.12.2021 be read as Angarghat P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021.

This modification application stands disposed of, accordingly.
