The petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 427, 307, 379, 447 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific accusation of assault to the informant is against Ram Pratap Rai whereas omnibus and general accusation of assault to the father, uncle and wife of the informant is against other accused persons when the uncle of the informant received one fracture injury.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.1875 of 2015 (02) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 Considering the omnibus, general accusation, there being counter version of the occurrence and some of the injuries have been found to be simple, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014.
