2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 21.04.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the ground that he is father-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64496 of 2024(3) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the victim died during course of treatment.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of material available on record and case diary has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that it has come during investigation that the petitioner and his family members tried to disposed of the dead body of the victim without informing the family members of the victim and nothing has come during investigation which suggest that the victim has died during her treatment.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra.

7. Prayer is refused.
