JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29/04/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's mobile was snatched by the miscreants. Subsequently the mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S.Case No. 16/2014.
