2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application, granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the
