The petitioner Sanjay Paswan seeks regular bail in Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she was married to Ramesh Paswan but her relation was broken. The informant was well acquainted with the petitioner and on the pretext of marriage the petitioner established relation with her. The informant became pregnant but later on the petitioner refused to marry with the informant. It appears from the contents of the complaint petition itself that the complainant-informant is a major girl. She voluntarily lived with the petitioner after leaving her first husband. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1562 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
