The petitioner has claimed purchase of 03 decimals of land from the agnate of Satyanarayan Pandey in July, 2010. By enclosing the purcha ( Annexure-2) issued in favour of the private respondents on 29.06.2010, it has been submitted that the same is illegal. Although it has been stated in the writ petition that a proceeding under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 ( for short 'the Act') was initiated but no order passed
Patna High Court CWJC No.667 of 2015 dt.12-02-2015 2/2 therein has been placed on record. The grievance of the petitioner, in my view, can very well be raised and considered by the Collector Under Section 21 of the Act. I am sure, if any such application is filed by the petitioner, within a reasonable period of time the respondentCollector -cum- District Magistrate shall examine the same and dispose of in accordance with law.
The writ application is disposed of.
