The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is living presently with the opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has not disputed the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Shekhpura in connection with Shekhpura Mahila P.S.
