In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Simri Case No. 197 of 2014 registered u/s 420, 406, 409, 120B/34 IPC. In this case allegation has been made that the Mukhiya and the Panchayat Secretary with a view to commit illegality purchased solar light from different agency and not from Beltron or Breda.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a retired Panchayat Secretary and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Looking to the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly reject ed. However, if the petitioner will surrender in the court below within three weeks, the court below will pass
