The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 20(B) NDPS Act.

The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that the recovery is of a quantity which is more than small quantity and less than commercial quantity from the shop of the petitioner. He is in custody since 15.09.2018. In view of the aforesaid status of the case and applicant has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1672 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018.
