JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 328, 324, 308, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of coming over the land of the informant and assaulting her and her Devar and F.I.R. itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and the said land is the ancestral land of the petitioners. Further, all the injuries are simple in nature.
