2.The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.186 of 2021(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 following relief/s:

(i) for review of the judgement/order dated 24.11.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9038 of 2021.

3. The short order dated 24.11.2021 by the writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9038 of 2021 (The Bihar Rajya Chikitsa Karamchari Sangh vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) read as follows:

"Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the EPFO (respondent no. 10) submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and an enquiry has been instituted and same shall be concluded within a period of two months and the petitioner shall be informed on culmination thereof.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh if any cause of

Patna High Court C. REV. No.186 of 2021(3) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 action arises.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall participate in the proceedings, if called upon by the concerned authorities.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid".

4. From the petition itself, it is clear that the petitioner chose to withdraw the petition to participate in the enquiry that was going on. Instead, the present review petition.
