Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the judgment and order dated 03.12.2021 in the first page, in the cage column, the designation of Respondent No. 2 i.e. 'District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur' has been mentioned as 'District Magistrate, Samastipur' and designation of Respondent No. 3 'S.H.O. Mahnar P.S. Vaishali' has been inadvertently

Tajpur, Samastipur' as well as due to this inadvertence in page 22 of the judgment and order dated 03.12.2021 the designation of Respondent No. 2 i.e. 'District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur' has been mentioned as District Magistrate, Samastipur.

In view of the above, in the judgment and order dated 03.12.2021, in the first page, in the cage column, the designation of Respondent No. 2 i.e. 'District Magistrate, Samastipur' shall be read as 'District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur' and designation of Respondent No. 3 i.e. 'S.H.O. Halai O.P. Tajpur, Samastipur' shall be read as 'S.H.O. Mahnar P.S. Vaishali' as well as in page 22 of the judgment the designation of Respondent No. 2 i.e. 'District Magistrate, Samastipur' shall be read as 'District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur'.

The judgment and order dated 03.12.2021 is modified to the extent indicated above.
